Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at CustomerSupport@Fashion-Wiz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items or gift cards.

CUSTOM-MADE OR DRESSES MADE TO ORDER IN OUR BRIDAL COLLECTION AND OUR QUINCEANERA AND FORMAL GOWNS COLLECTION.

ALL QUINCEANERA, BRIDAL AND FORMAL DRESSES ARE MADE TO ORDER, EVEN IF A STANDARD SIZE IS SELECTED.  THIS IS BECAUSE WE ALTER/TAILOR THE BUST/WAIST/LENGTH PER ORDER.  STANDARD DRESSES TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO PREPARE AND 7-12 DAYS IN TRANSIT.  UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY WITHIN 21-28 DAYS.  

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PLACING IT WITH NO FEES.  ONCE WE HAVE STARTED MAKING OR ALTERING YOUR DRESS,  IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A DRESS, PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, BECAUSE THE DRESSES ARE ALL MADE TO ORDER, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A DRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE AND RETURN SHIPPING TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DRESSES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN.

IF YOU NEED YOUR DRESS SOONER, WE MAY BE ABLE TO EXPEDITE IT FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE (THE COST OF EXPRESS SHIPPING).  WE CAN TELL YOU THE EXACT COST WHEN WE CALL YOU TO DISCUSS THE DATE YOU NEED IT BY.

IF YOU NEED FULL CUSTOMIZATION AND TAILORING PLEASE SEND US THE MEASUREMENTS, WE WILL ALSO CALL YOU AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE PROPER MEASUREMENTS AND INFORMATION WE NEED.

IF A DRESS NEEDS TO BE REMADE, WE OFFER TO MAKE IT AGAIN ONE TIME AT NO COST.  AFTER THE 2ND TIME THE CUSTOMER MAY DECIDE BETWEEN A REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY, OR WE CAN MAKE IT A 3RD TIME FOR COST OF FABRIC AND OFFER DISCOUNTED TAILORING AS GOOD WILL.  EACH CASE IS REVIEWED BASE ON THE THE REASONS TO RE MAKE THE DRESS.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
