Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located across Asia, Europe and North America. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-15 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.  Some items shipped directly by suppliers may take 12-20 days due to logistics. Any items that take longer than 20 days will be marked on the product page with the shipping time.

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. It will take usually up to 3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Q. Do you ship Worldwide?

A. Our goal is to ship worldwide based on availability of carriers.  If there is carrier available in your location, the shipping rates and options will be calculated at prior to check out!

A. Our company's headquarters are located in the United States while our warehouses and vendors are scattered across Asia, USA and Europe.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
